Title: How do I get the gnomes in Masterwork?

Weren't they a fan-added expansion? If so, how do I get them bundled into Masterwork?

They are only available in Old Masterwork

Oh. Old Masterwork, huh? Somebody should fix them up for the current version of Masterwork!
