I have made a mod that is a bunch of extinct creatures, it is a work in progress and the version will be listed here v 0.7.1

Any specifics on the Neanderthal civ compared to other civs?

Besides that extinct creature thing the only thing really unique atm is they have picks as a [WEAPON] and not a [DIGGER] and can only create battle axes and spears for other weapons.... I should really modify the settlement things... tomorrow

Added _SCOR to the end of every [CREATURE] for modded hell's purposes

I have now made it so the neanderthals will always have the extinct creatures and will no longer have the animal man varieties (but they still get giant's because I thought the scenario of a neanderthal siege coming in on giant tyrannosauruses was too good to pass up)

Important Notice: Make sure you update the mundane creatures mod to v0.5.1+ if you use 0.7.1+ because australodelphis was moved here due to being extinct... I changed the name by adding a _FIXED at the end, but it's still probably not a good idea to mix such files....

If they add player riding of creatures, this could make Dwarf Fortress the poor mans ARK.

I've been working on an update for this and for my other mod, but it's slow going due to lack of motivation tbh

bad jokes aside you could start adding the more vicious ones like the hellpig (Entelodont) you might get some motivation if you mix killing machines in. Since doing a series of calm critters can get stale.

I've forbid neanderthals from using dolphins, if that's not it then I don't know why they would do that, will test... tomorrow
