Title: Increasing embark skills

is there any way in dfhack or by messing with the folders that i can increase the number of embark skills

Yes. Advanced world gen allows you to set embark points. You may have to go to the detailed parameters to do so (or change them in <DF>\data\init\world_gen.txt.

i am asking if there is a way to get more than 10 skills.
