Title: Dueling forts idea

Would it be possible to run two succession forts side by side? Because I had the idea to run two forts side by side (one goes a year, than the other goes a year), and after 3 years, begin to raid each other. Is this possible? If it is the fort will begin soon.

Maybe if the two forts are from different dwarf civs? I don't see why you couldn't if they aren't in the same civilization.
