If you could create your own race or use one already made up what would it be and what will the name of you kingdom be ( made up or used from another story and lore )
me: The Dwarvish race and the Kingdom of Khazad Dúm form Lord of the Rings.

Is this referring to Dwarf Fortress specifically? If so, this thread should probably be in the DF General Discussion board.
Or are you referring to fantasy in general? It's hard to give an answer without a setting or game in mind to ground it in.

Skeleton Race of Skelehutopia.
An evil necromancer enchanted a whole region so that all the dead come back as skeletons compelled to serve. However channeling so much power gave him a stroke and he too was resurrected as a serving skeleton. Thus the skeletons were magically compelled to serve other skeletons, creating a unified nation where all skeletons help each other out unquestioningly, and led to the creation of a true utopia.
