We're doing some upgrades on the wiki, so it is currently read-only, and you'll get a warning about this when you try to edit a page. This is expected behavior. (And by "we" I mean mostly Emily.)
The wiki should continue to be viewable by everyone during most of this process, but there may be occasional downtime. We'll make an announcement when the upgrades are complete, and please let us know if you notice anything out of the ordinary afterwards.

The wiki is now being cut over, you may experience redirects to our test domain while the caches completely purge. Everything will continue to live at the same domain name, this is just temporary while the caches clear.

Upgrades are complete! On the new wiki, Loci has reported a couple issues at https://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/Dwarf_Fortress_Wiki_talk:Centralized_Discussion#Wiki_upgrade_issues. If you notice anything that's not listed there, let us know.
If you see this, you're seeing the old wiki. Don't pay attention to issues on it.
We're cutting over to the new version of the wiki. If you see this notice, you're on the old version, but should see the new one as soon as DNS updates for you.
