Title: Dalicpan has been moved from its proper place!

I was playing my fortress when I got a red notice: "Dalicpan has been moved from its proper place!"
I zoomed to the event, and Dalicpan was an artifact wooden bracelet laying around somewhere in the caves. I'm not sure if any of my dwarfs made it. I searched for the "has been moved from its proper place!" string on Google and could only find the message in the raws (https://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2014:String_dump/raw).

Does anyone know what happened? I've never encountered this message before.

It's been stolen and has been, or is in the process of being, handed over to a villain or villain agent. Most likely the former, with the villain/agent already gone from the fortress.
