Title: Trapped in the past; I'm king of the "patent" world!

I should be more  specific I guess, but I am going to leave era, and region undefined.  So it is a common enough trope to get transported into the past or some other reality or whatnot that takes you out of the modern world. In the stories the MC is generally lucky enough to be mistaken for a noble or some sort and have their needs taken care of enough to not die in a ditch starving. But what about the rest of the time. Could you make your fortune with modern knowledge?

A Zippo
Zipper
Pants pockets
Clothes pin
Hydraulic Ram Pump
Float valve
Flush toilet
Filtered water
Ice cream

What do you think you could invent ?

Electricity, the electric motor, electric heating, air conditioning, refrigeration... I've studied how most modern things work, honestly, and you'd be surprised how easy it is to build them.

I had and removed a comment t that I am not sure I could make a light bulb. But an electric generator is easy.
