Title: What movies would you recommend to Marvel's Avengers characters?

Spider-Man bringing up Ridley Scott's "Aliens" back in Avengers: Infinity War got me thinking. Personally, I'd nominate the Lord of the Rings series for Thor.

I feel like the Guardians of the Galaxy would get some mileage from an old Cheech & Chong movie.

Drax: "HA! He does not realize that Dave is the person he is talking to, because he has been smoking the Earth drug until he is stupid!"

Doctor Strange: Memento.

Quicksilver: Any of the Michal Bay era Transformers movies (might even be able to comprehend the ultrafast mid-combat transformation action) - not 2001: A Space Odessey, however good I think it is.

(...maybe more later. I need to double-check some of my potential choices for 'not being far too silly'.
