No content - no stuff. Not so little stuff that it's trying, but no stuff. A good break. Dialing down, warming up. But how?

Find old books you haven't read in a while and start reading. Or classic movies you love.
Put your phone on silent.
Turn off notifications. If you're one of those people that gets a DING every time someone posts some shit to Reddit or some other website, turn it off.
Don't sign into Discord or your chat programs.
Spend an hour a day doing something physical if you don't already.
Find a physical hobby like painting or gardening and get deep into it.
Avoid open ended entertainment, like video games.
Vacations are where I take the time to do this. Just stay off all my regular haunts while I'm on it, no games, spend time talking to people in RL instead of online.

I find a weekend camping trip is perfect for that. Unplug and just enjoy nature for a day or two. Read books, chat with friends, roast tasty things over a campfire. That sort of thing.
I try to do that at least a few times a year.

Just be outside

A "good break" is breaking from your norms. Where you spend your time, how you spend it, who you spend it with. I know that when I'm absolutely sick of work and my routine, the only thing for it is a complete change of scenery to reset everything.

One of the relaxing things I find isn't doing something new, but retreading old ground.
Think of something that you enjoy, but haven't played/read/watched/done for a while, and do it again. You also get a good hit of nostalgia as a bonus.

a good break is when you fall off the wall and shatter your collarbone
but if you're talking about relaxing i recommend hiking up a nice hill, bringing a food and drink, and sitting.
