Title: How the hell can we shoulder the increasing amounts of power in our society?
Post by: Scoops Novel on July 28, 2021, 05:11:17 am: Personal power is increasing. For guys like us, especially. Every day on the internet is basically bathing yourself in power, as Knowledge, is power.

And power corrupts. Especially if it isn't properly integrated into yourself. And since we don't even understand exactly how our power grows, fat chance of that.

How are we supposed to bear this amount of power well?

The internet gives the same knowledge to everyone who can understand it. So, the internet isn't giving power, it is only giving opportunities to have the same knowledge and to maintain equivalent power.

All those people singing "I've got the power!" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44GqaZvEgq4), they just are catching up.

This works only as long as one is affected by the smoke, so better make sure there's always more smoke to inhale once the effects start to wear off.

This works particularly well since "man" was originally gender-neutral! Masculine people were "wer".

Also Hu-Man is my favorite thembo.
