Title: Urist McNugget interrupted by a dragon.

Hey guys, time long no see.

I recently had a dragon eaten alive by traps but now, well after that, I've got dwarves occasionally being spooked by dragons...

but there aren't any. I zoom to the location; nothing. I check the units screen; nothing. I check and see if my dwarves are all burning; nothing.

Has anyone else seen this before?

The dragon has been "eaten" by "traps"? Do you mean weapon traps or cage traps or atomsmasher bridges or...?

Also, maybe it's a ghost dragon? Can you engrave a slab for it?

Has it been struck by a weapon trap and had its corpse jam in the trap?
You can check if this is the case by hovering over the traps with [t] to see what items are inside the trap
