Title: How can i get myself to be realistic with my takes.

I'm very critical.

Yet, naturally hopeful to the point it clouds my judgement and my critiicisms are made secondary.

What should i do.

At least your brain migrates toward solutions rather than obsessing about the problem?

You could become a critic and wright articles in the local newspapers.
