Turn 0: Astronomical Age
Nine gods materialize (for a given value of materialize) in three sets of three high up above a disc and an Eye that has slept for eons. Awash in the strange energies of the Noise outside, a celestial sphere enclosing the otherwEyese featureless disc and home to the gods is buzzing with unlimited potential; indeed, potential enough to alter the shape of the disc should they prefer a different form (even that of a disc with two faces instead of one if necessary).
The first set is composed of Aku!, the dark god of Evil and Destruction, Mut, the God(ess?) of Death and Birth, and Opener of the Heavens and the Earths- a long winded god of Earth and Sky.
The second set of gods to arrive are the surprisingly bland one with many names, God of Madness and Illusion, the particularly colorful compared to his companions- Admiral Auden Bracket, God of Aeronautics and Construction, and - the almost forgettable god of Absolute Zero and Utter Stillness
The third and final set come out seeming a bit... confused? As though they forgot something- the specific gods to appear in this set are Autmost, God of Machines and Construction, The Wyrm, God of Protection and Equilibrium, and Rama, God of Dynasty and Kingship. Hopefully this confusion passes quickly so they may begin their work.
It is currently the Astronomical Age, and the invigorating pulse of dynamism that so suffuses the heavens has yet to reach the world-disc. As it stands, the crystal sphere is perfect and unwounded, but some imperfection may well be in order for the future mortals' sakes as much as for the gods. Host to a grand shared plane and the gods' home planes, there are currently no portals through which the light of the gods or harsher places can leak onto the undefined world. As well, the forms of the common plane and the gods' individual planes remain undetermined, but they'll always be changeable to suit their owners' needs.
The Astronomical Age will end when The Eye awakens, an event expected to occur in approximately 5 turns assuming nothing causes it to awaken earlier.
Astronomical Age- Creating suns, large moons, comets, stars, "planets," and constellations is possible only in this age.
- Creating equipment and artifacts is possible in this age.
- Destroying various astronomical bodies (i.e. repairing the crystal sphere :P ) is possible only in this age.
- Assigning mechanical significance to astronomical bodies as a god is possible only in this age. Using suitable spheres is encouraged but not strictly required.
- If more gods support than oppose a change to the shape of the world, it will be enacted.
- If more gods support than oppose a change to the form or function of the common plane, it will be enacted.
- It is not possible to create or terraform land/sea in this age.
- Only the Archangel and War Form Incarna chasses are available in this age.
- Only the Angel and Outsider servant chasses are available in this age.
- When either more gods support than oppose progression to the next age, or the Eye awakens- it will advance to the Geological age.

Auden appears to be preoccupied with a paintbrush and a tub of glow-in-the-dark paint (radiant with the energy of an Aeronautics Act) over at the edge of the celestial sphere.
Please don’t blow up the planet! A pause. Actually, do we need a planet? Another pause. Please don’t blow up the atmosphere, I intend to use it!
Across the great sphere, a grand mural comes into shape.
Name: The Great Ship
Type: Very bright mural
Effect: Smooths travels, encourages exploration, and sets the winds of fate and fortune howling
Frequency: Shows up in a cycle of 35 years not there, 15 years present and active
Description: A vibrant image of a a grand sailing vessel, course set across the sky. Patterns of paint and lack thereof provide the image with various shades.
Seeing several of their fellow gods calling for the dissolution of all Earths, the most divine, and only axe, the Opener of the Heavens and the Earths, Trailblazer of the Way, Bringer of the First Sun, Reflector of the World, Architect of the Great Hushing, quivered in great unease and fear of the grim future promised by the other, where there was no Earths, half of itself denied.
In attempt to trend discussion and consensus away from such horrifying resolutions, elaborate landscape paintings flow into being from within the axe, depicting massive humongous pillars of earth and stone and metal and wood and flesh and ice and bone and stretching up and down, on and on, forming self contained vertical continents of material. Closer. See the vines and shrubs and hardy trees and grasses growing from the steep vertical sides of the pillars, their roots keeping them entrenched. See the bird flying among them, and making elaborate nest-colonies. See the goats jumping from microscopic crag to miniscule crevice, feasting happily on the vegetative bounty. See the caves the undefined humanoid figures have carved out from the massive bulk and width of their home pillar, their mastery of climbing, the vertical villages of struts and rope bridges and carved houses they slowly wrest from the pillars inch by inch. See them gazing at the distant pillars on the horizon in wonder and with a burning desire to reach them someday.
See the grand palaces that the most powerful and priviliged, kings, build for themselves at the top of each pillar where there is vast acres of flat and safe land, easily fortified against any down below who would grow envious or discontent with the tribute squads that occasionally rappel down in great rivers of highly trained motion. See the mists of uncertainty shrouding the undefined bottoms of the great pillars, perhaps there is a sea here, or endless fire, or simply nothing. It is not something for the axe to decide. See the swirls of illusion dancing amidst the gallery of vertical worlds, occasionally given to the foolish visions of vast tracts of flat land if they could only reach them, only for their hopes to be lies, often causing the deaths of those so entranced.

Opener of the Heavens and the Earths, Trailblazer of the Way, Bringer of the First Sun, Reflector of the World, Architect of the Great Hushing proposes that the world be remade into the Pillars of the Earths, whereby each region created is a distinct vertical pillar, designed to the specifications of its creator(s)

Auden rushes out of his personal Plane - you can catch a glimpse of a workshop before the rift closes - and throws an array of winged golden things to the sky like confetti. They drift down a bit like confetti, too, before the little angels seem to catch themselves and set into flight.
Name: Wrights
Affiliation: Admiral Auden Bracket
Class: Angels
Traits:
+ Gold-Standard-Template Construction: Each Wright was made with a full understanding of one specific branch of construction - the "why"s, the "how"s, the "when"s, and whatnot. Their work may take time, but it is always made to the highest standards possible within the given constraints.
+ Strong as Steel, Lighter than Air: The intrinsic durability and mass of materials are immaterial to Wrights, who can manipulate either to their needs. A binding made by their hand will not break, even if it loosens, and a blade will not dull; a hammer might fall with the mass of twice its volume in lead, while a Wright's ship might clip across clouds heavier than it.
- Mechanical Instinct, or Lack Thereof: Each Wright was made with a full understanding of one specific branch of construction - and that's about it. Although they are capable of learning other skills, they will remain inexperienced with them for a long time, and their ability to interact with mortals in a "natural" manner will suffer drastically from, well, the lack of mortals to practice interacting with,
Description: Wrights are, in simplest terms, clockwork angels. The base of their form is clearly inspired by Admiral Bracket, being essentially human-like (although the Admiral would object to being assumed originating with the species in question), with the further addition of sharp wings and an array of floating hands bearing tools that follow them around - all made of brass clockwork. Each one additionally wears a general uniform, some modified to be more appropriate to their craft, with two insignias pertaining to their specific branch of construction on the right breast and on a band on the left shoulder.
He claps his hands past each other a few times. A job well done! How's everybody feeling? Auden looks around with a gleam in his eyes.
Autmost looked about the world as it was, a sound emanating from him like that of metal sliding across metal, a ringing grinding noise that is neither uncomfortable, nor particularly pleasant either. It reminds one of thinking, a 'hmmmm' split across a million tiny cubes rubbing together, until it's blurred into a grinding storm of contemplation.
After a while, the sound faded, and Autmost began to build.
Name: Mechanist's Star
Type: Nearby Star
Effect: Once every 3 turns a random mortal is chosen by the Mechanist's Star to receive it's blessing. That mortal gains a construction/automation inspiration based on the current events around them. I.e., a soldier may gain an inspiration for an army of automatons, while a villager may envision a grand city (GM Discretion). Those struck by this inspiration gain a compulsion to bring their inspiration to fruition and gain thematic powers empowering them to do so.
Frequency: Every 3 turns.
Description: The Mechanist's star is a still black star surrounded by strange and recondite machinery, pale mint in color, moving and shifting with silent, but tenable purpose. Once every three turns the star ignites and takes on the same color as the machinery surrounding it. This causes the Mechanist's Star to glow very brightly, allowing it to be seen very clearly in the night sky, and faintly during the day (akin to the moon). During this period the machinery surrounding the star works with such intensity that the machine ultimately breaks down and the light fades until the Mechanist's Star can repair itself 3 turns hence to begin the cycle anew.
Next Autmost turns his attention to his machines act. Seems as though it would be worthwhile to plan ahead to the future. Aumost thought for a while, of what this world might hold and the busy goings ons of future mortals. He thought of what they might need, and what they might do, and got lost in all the work it would take their tiny forms. And that was the answer, there would always be work to be done! So, Autmost created a type of outsider well inclined to the labors that this world might later undertake.
Outsider
Name: Aum
Affiliation (list all applicable gods, primary first): Autmost
Class: Outsider
Traits:
+ Easy for mortals to Summon
+ Hard Workers
- Low Intelligence
Description: Aum are very straightforward outsiders belonging to the machine realm of Autmost. Aum are thin metallic humanoids standing exactly 1 meter high each. They are each an identical opalescent white color and wear simple white clothing. Each wears a silver mask which covers the entirety of their face. On the mask is a unique symbol or pattern unique to each Aum. Save for this, they are exactly identical.
Aum are hard working labor sprites. They are easily summoned with a small ritual to Autmost, where the one wishing to summon an Aumost offers up metals, gemstones, currency or other wealth to Autmost. In exchange, an Aum is summoned to serve the summoner for a period correlating to the amount of wealth tributed. This summoning can be renewed or extended at any point, but only by the same summoner.
Aum are hardworking creatures, who take well to manual labors, especially those that are repetitive or systematic. Aum are strong for their size, approximately as strong as an average human. They are attentive and capable workers, and take to instruction well. They are reasonable with loose instructions, but do not understand subtleties or inferred meanings, having a straightforward interpretation of instructions given. The Aum can understand, but do not speak, the languages known by their summoner. When conversing among themselves, they speak in a language that sounds of metal bells.
