Post by: winvirus on April 07, 2007, 01:58:00 pm
I spotted a Zombie Spearmaster in the distance, so I thought I'd let him meet my good friends Gneiss and Talc. So I bring up the throw menu, and something possesses me to hit a (water), and I threw the water...Did NOT expect this.

The spinning water strikes The Zombie Spearmaster in the head!
It is battered!
The Zombie Spearmaster's left eye has been blackened!
The Zombie Spearmaster's right ear has been broken!
The Zombie Spearmaster's left ear has been broken!
The Zombie Spearmaster's brain has been badly bruised!

He didn't last long.

WATER KILLS.

I'm not even sure there's a real limit to how far you can throw very heavy items.

I think there is, u can only throw a flail half way between the different sides of ahuman village, wheras a gold coin can travel further

If you throw an elephant corpse at a gremlin, they should die in my opinion.

I just got around to trying adventure mode... I stuffed my backpack with fairies and then went off to find that skeletal spearmaster I was told to take out.

Those poor fairies...

I once completely wiped out a ruin, skeletons and all, using only throwing.

I eventually ran out of rocks, food, corpses, water, mud, small animals, LARGE animals, and fallen skeletons that were in safe range of picking up, so I started throwing my own weapons and armor.

My final piece of armor, my shield, finished off the final skeleton, and I was free to recover my stuff.

or somehow curves out of the way and goes through the tile next to the target. One question: how big is one tile supposed to be?
