Title: Problems with Ruins

I am having problems with ruins.I have been to diffretn ruins and the problems appear in them all..for some reason i can't enter the stairs that looks like >
Anyone knows what the problem is?

If my memory serves me right, to exit a cave/ruin you have to find a negative ">", stand on it and take one step up (Keypad 8 / up arrow).

Hmm will try that..but in one ruin there was only 1 >..and yes i have tried pushing the > button.

Try just walking through the wall at that location.

After trying the above things i reinstalled DF..and now for some reason they work...
Thx anyway for the help.
