Title: When building choosing the material, allow shift+click to add 10 or max

So when building walls or floors, if you click "Select material after build", you have to spam click one by one each material you want for every tile. Usually this is used to choose from a main stockpile of material. What about making shift + click, or control + click add 10 or 100 of that material?

Yeah, this one is annoying. Have myself a cramp just trying to build a tower.
