Title: Steam: Military squad individual time off

Edit:  It took 2 months to straighten out.  All is good now.




I'm trying to give some time off from training to squad members.  For the next three months I have it set so the 1st position, my militia commander, has off the current month and the next 2.  But he is training and the newest member who is scheduled to train is off.  Its been a month now and no change.  I'm in the correct month, even if I wasn't the new guys don't ever get time off.  All the members that should be training have "train" under their names and the commander who should not be training has "no orders" under his.  Any ideas?
