Title: How to make humans bronze age?

Hello, I was wondering how to make it so that humans don't have access to iron, but Bronze at best?

I like the idea of humans being in a Bronze Age level of technology while dwarves have steel.

How would I modify them to be, well, unable to make items from Iron?

You could remove METAL_ORE from iron ores and make custom smelter reactions that produce iron from the ores, and not give these reactions to humans.

However, this method won't show the ore (without DFHack) when choosing an embark in 0.47.05 (and earlier), but I'm not sure if it'll show up in the Steam version since I think that has changed?

Then how do kobolds not have access to Iron?  ???

Kobolds have access to iron (unless that's changed in Steam).
