Examine the rear of the tower for secret entrances.
-2 damage and hits on a 2... Does that mean if if I roll a 2, I hit the enemy but do 0 damage?Yes.
Does hitting the enemy and not doing any damage... do anything? :vThere's only one way to find out.
Wait for the dwarf to whackus a toy soldier, and then finish the same one off with a dagger stab.
((What happens if I use Clonk on an enemy that is also a machine?))The enemy is healed. I hadn't thought about whether Toy Soldiers count as machines; I'll rule that they don't.
"Wait, don't use Clonk! The only benefit over a normal attack is that it stuns if you deal 6 damage, and these have only 4 HP!"
You can perform non-tech attacks in combat. By default, a normal attack does D6+0 damage, possibly modified by your weapon (if any).
Rush at the right-hand Toy Soldier and attack it with my Wrench.Yes. Techs aren't used unless you say or imply you're using them.
((Does this count as a non-tech action?))
Keep looking around the outside of the tower to see if there are any other infractions to be found(5) Why, only the worst infraction of all: this thing doesn't have any supports! If someone so much as said "earthquake", the whole thing would come crashing down! For God's sake, this tower is a lethal risk to the inhabitants and anyone else living in a one-kilometer radius (which, luckily enough, appears to be no one).
Jean-Jean Kick glares at the blue door and contemplates trying to bash it down, but magnanimously decides to leave it alone whilst less-obstructed entryways are available. For now.
Enter the tower in style by somersaulting through the front door.

Enter the tower.
Rush at the right-hand Toy Soldier and attack it with my Wrench.
Wait for the dwarf to whackus a toy soldier, and then finish the same one off with a dagger stab.(Iden: 1) The Toy Soldier grasps the secret of Iden's attack! The Toy Soldier easily ducks under Iden's amateurish swing and comes away with some tricks for not getting smashed in the future. Toy Soldier A learned D-Blunt: Avoid Blunt attacks on a 3.
While outside the tower, double T-Charge(Sorry if I failed to submit an action.)You can only use one tech per turn!
[] Samuel MacArthur(ERROR: 5) ! But just as , . Seems that on players...
"At this rate I'll run out of paper before I even get a fourth of the way through this thing."Samuel ignores the eldritch abomination trying to kill him and enters the Tower. There's nothing in the book about animated toys, an omission the next revision will surely correct, but those rifles they're brandishing are certainly unsafe!
Make my way inside the tower.
While outside the tower, T-Charge(Sorry if I failed to submit an action.)(Techie: 2) Techie strikes his best anime pose and powers up. He gains one turn of T-Charged.
Stab Toy Soldier A! Before anyone else can!
Joan whacks at one of the Toy Soldiers with her big brush.
Iden rushes at the Toy Soldier that injured him and knocks it to the ground. He then repeatedly attacks it with his Wrench! *fap* *fap* *fap* Over and over, again.
(Obscuro: 4) Obscuro finishes off Toy Soldier A with a Sacrifical Knife to the neck. It crumples to the ground and deanimates. A red rune appears on the base of the blade! (Drop: 6!) Toy Soldier A drops its Plaster Rifle.Jean-Jean looks around the room in disapproval, then plops down in one of the chairs, legs crossed, and starts ranting at the Toy Soldiers. "What kind of stance is that, legs locked together? Are you to try to kill someone, or are you waiting in line at a chestnut stand? And the way you hold your rifles - so stiff, so wooden! And no, being made out of wood is not an excuse! I've seen toys made out of lead more nimble than you two! And what's with shooting people in the thigh, huh? If it was just one of you, I'd assume it was a mistake, but both of you shot there like you were intentionally aiming for that! Do you think people's hearts are located in their thighs, huh? Is that the kind of nonsense they teach in toy soldier academy these days?"Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Demoralize the Toy Soldiers by critiquing their combat ability.
((I'm not fussed either way on action order. If I take the rifle, am I abandoning my brush?))Nope. You can carry as many items as you like.

In?
FOLLOW THAT Samuel MacArthur, ATTACK THAT Samuel MacArthur. You can't move and attack in the same turn!
Turning to Samuel MacArthur, Jean-Jean says, "Hello there! You're some sort of official tower-inspector, yes? I have no doubt that you'd need but scratch the surface of that elevator over yonder to find a veritable bouquet of violations festering underneath."
Jean-Jean observes the notice. Disappointing but not unexpected! "...for instance, that sign is only written in one language. A clear deathtrap for any foreigners.""Hello, yes I'm here to inspect to tower, not sure how it got built and existed this long without an inspector finding it, and I doubt I brought enough paper to wright everything down on, probably gonna end up using two or three pages on the elevator if it's like the rest of the place."
Samuel ignores the eldritch abomination trying to kill him and enters the Tower.(Part of me want's to react to it in someway but another doesn't and finds the thought of him being so absorbed in the inspection that he doesn't notice it trying to kill him incredibly funny, so I shall continue to pretend nothing is happening until something happens.)
FOLLOW THAT Samuel MacArthurERROR makes his way into the increasingly crowded tower lobby. With all the strange characters in there, he hardly stands out!, ATTACK THAT Samuel MacArthur.
Spoiler: Gabbie (click to show/hide)

Erm punch something?
Go on in, T-Charge on anything that stands. Like a boss.
Grab the other Plastic Rifle and make me way up the stairs to the next level.
Joan looks briefly at her work approvingly before taking the plaster rifle of questionable artistic merit and proceeding to the next floor.
Pick up a rifle and go up floors until I run into something to kill.
Advance up the stairs.
Go over to the elevator and look it over, and also make sure it's securely closed by attempting to pry it open.Norumas, Druidic Demonologist

"If I find any paper, I'll be sure to let you know.""Thank you, given the size of the place I'll need ever piece I can get a hold of."
ATTACK THAT Samuel MacArthur.(ERROR: 6!) ERROR grasps a new technique! With a single swing of his , ERROR cleaves Samuel's clipboard—and several of his bones—in two! (4 damage)
Follow the group upstairs.Samuel limps away. He probably can't blame the homicidal maniac on the design of the Tower, but he'll be damned if he doesn't try.
Drain the cannon on the right.
Pummel the Toy Cannon on the left
Joan uses Paint Splash on Toy Soldier C and D.
Use Quick Pointer on Techie Chan.
[Spray Blind] whichever Toy Cannon Obscuro isn't hitting.
Get behind some cover and fire my Plastic Rifle at one of the Toy Soldiers.
With a ghostly moan John takes on an [Ethereal Form].
FOLLOW THAT Samuel MacArthur,
"OoOh shiiit" John sighs, guess he can futiley swing his ghost sword at a toy soldier.
Use [Spray Blind] on Toy Soldier H!
"This isn't good!"
"This is sub-optimal. I must withdraw."
Pick up the items dropped by the dead and go to the SHOP to sell them off for a heal.
"Sub-optimal you this children's toy." Techie Chan smiles a rougish grin and pummels Toy Cannon B with Knuckle Blitz!
Seeing a chance, Iden rushes at Toy Soldier H immediately after Gabbie Blinds it, and pummels it with his Plastic Rifle. *fap* *fap* *fap* *fap* *fap*Spoiler: Iden Vankåbthusest, Dwarven Mechanic (click to show/hide)
Jean-Jean was very annoyed that one of the soldiers had the temerity to shoot at him when he was just innocently hanging back giving advice! Such a deed could not go unpunished.
"You must be losing your marbles if you think you can kill the great Jean-Jean Kick so easily! Let me help make sure that one doesn't get away from you!"
Grab Toy Soldier E's head from behind and smash it into the marble it's rolling.
"Oh god what the hell is that!"
Stab that weird thing that attacked me with my pencil!Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Respawn. Death is apparently not the end.

Super T- myself back to life and pummel punch out this one that just scrammed. (Obscurus.)Unfortunately, he is inside the shop and you are not, preventing you from attacking him this turn!
Nope, you still pay the cost.((Okay, wasn't sure which it was since you did charge Gabbie, but the prior turn didn't charge Obscurus.))
Do we respawn with new consumables/with our tp refreshed? You respawn with no items but full HP and TP.
That's a mistake on my part. Obscurus has 1/4 TP.Nope, you still pay the cost.((Okay, wasn't sure which it was since you did charge Gabbie, but the prior turn didn't charge Obscurus.))
