Title: Outpost liaison should consider caravan weight capacity when requesting items

Just got the first autumn caravan in a new fortress.

The outpost liaison requested anvils for the next caravan.

Yes, we have a surplus of iron and we can provide lots of anvils.

Not sure if your two alpacas will be able to carry them though ...

Oh, please...

The elves have been bringing caged elephants using pack animals since way before the Steam version was released.  A few anvils shouldn't be a problem...
