Hey! You replied! The ocean expelled some plastic by my shore. I already used some to improve the base. Any suggestions for the rest of it?

Before I read that letter, let's see what is in this crate...Ah! Binoculars! With these I can take requests for certain kinds of plastic and contact you.

There seems to be a creature in the water to the northwest of your position, you should probably use the binoculars to see what it's doing.

Face toward the direction you will communicate to us most often with, put your left hand in the air to determine orientation and whether or not you’re mirrored. Then, if you know north, use your right hand to point in that direction.

This should give us some solid orientation information and cut down on miscommunication later.

I saw a water trough way out, and swam for it. Looking North-West, the crab liberated some of our hoarded plastics.

Imitate the crab, grab stuff in each hand that resembles what's in the claws and copy the crab's movements to see if it's intelligent.

Look at those plants and see if there are any vines in them so we can use the vines for rope.

The crab seemed intimidated when I waved a big grey brick around, it's gone for now. Does it only likes certain ones? Maybe we can try it...when I find more plastic. Well, look at that! Just outside my window to the East, it looks like we made a friend.

Hello there, do you have a name? How do you like Bob? Looks like he is shy. Some more plastic is drifting by. When will we learn to take care of our oceans! Well I know an islander (and a crab) that will appreciate it anyway.

Gather up some more plastic and see if there’s enough to make a covered stall for Reneigh or Neighthan or whatever the horse’s name is. If not, a tool to begin harvesting local resources should be priority.

Try to entice the crab with the pink/redish coloured blocks you find.

Grab on of those random plants and see if we can't use it to tame bob the horse.

If we are able to entice it, throw the Dome over the crab, and keep it down to capture it.
