Title: evil races

im playing as a dark elf in adventure mode right now and i was wondering, since a human town attacked me without provocation will that mean races such as goblins and dark outcasts will be friendly towards me?

Evil civilizations are allies.  Nuisance civilizations are allies.  As long as they have the same categorization as your civilization and you haven't gotten them mad at you personally, they'll welcome you.

Although all this will change in a few days.
