The Batman bashes the Siege Engineer in the upper body from behind with her Pig Tail Sock
It is bruised!
The Siege Engineerīs liver has been bruised!
From a current combat between a Siege engineer and a batwoman
I donīt know how these creatures make their socks, but obviously they are dangerous weapons :D
-
Maybe the sock's full of quarters?

Maybe the sock's full of quarters?
Rocks?
Iron nails?
Iron Bar?
Broken Glass?
Kogan Lokinogith's left hand?
Who knows.

I know conclusively that dwarven socks are full of win. ;)
-
Man, I didn't think win would hurt this much. At least pennies wouldn't cause internal bleeding.
-
those socks are indeed very deadly
i once had 1 adventurer that all i did was throw or attack with socks, almost killed the whole human village too.......execpt for that bowman...........
-
Try throwing vomit for comic effects!
"The spinning vomit hits Urist McPansy in the head!"
"Urist McPansy has become sick!"
"Also very decapitated."
-
I'm currently thinking of putting together something that throws only water/ice for combat. I wonder if there's a way to make a critter that can freeze all the water it carries without dying in heat...

I think [FIXED_TEMP:_] would do it, with a suitably low value. Just don't fall in any ponds...

The Dwarf bashes You in the head with her Swamp vine backpack!
It is smashed into the body, an unrecognizable mass!

I take it there's no way to make it so water freezes into ice while I walk into it?

That's exactly what fixed temp should do. At least, I know it works in reverse - SoFs will steam up water pretty well.
edit: wait, is it bad edict to reply to a few-days-old thread? All I usually post on is 4chan, I don't pay attention to how old things are :(

Necromancy is fine as long as you contribute something imo. :)
And ofc, a few days is barely dead anyway...
-
If your flesh is just below freezing, you should be able to pick up those chunks you get from fighting wolves and toss them in ahead of you.
-
Sorry, I meant walk onto. :-\ Like so I can trot down and instead of getting sealed in ice, actually walk on it.
-
I too have tried to make icy creatures... they still cant go into water to avoid the wolves.....

Welcome to a real forum. One where the intellectual discussion is only occasionally interrupted by random pictures, off-topic spamming, and links to items involving rule thirty-five (and all variations thereof.) Here it is the case that a topic can be inactive for up to a WEEK before being considered truly dead, and expecting a response within an hour shows impatience. Enjoy your stay.
(In a less rude way: yes, it's fine. Normally we don't mind posts in threads up to a week or so old (first 1-3 pages), and you can go even further back if you have something relevant to add to a thread. Obviously the exact acceptable period of response varies between subforums and topic as well.)

Topics die in this forum?
That's weird, a topic I first posted about 4 months ago was floating around until the end of October...

What? That's only when no one post in the thread anymore. Yeah.
Edit: I mean the topic dying or something.

Like it says in the Bay12 anthem:
"We are a community of rampant Necromacers!" (http://www.nuklearpower.com/daily.php?date=081129)
Or it would. If I wrote the anthem.
Totally (not) serious here. >:D

Speaking of necromancers...

Bruised liver?
The sock was soaked in <<rum>> so strong it drunkens on contact.
Fiercely.

I like how "i are not good with compu" did an extremely small revive while making a decent addition and was concerned about it but knitedskull made a much less relevant month-old revive and didn't bat an eye.
