I kidnapped an agent and slowly talked him into joining the LCS.
I only talked with him and throughout the process he didn't lose health
Yet once he joined he went from 11hth to 9 and lost points in int/str/agi
What's the deal?
-
Just talked him? Did you constrain him or sleep deprive or turn the lights on or off?
Because generally this kind of things will have an effect on the agents stats.
-
I didn't want him to lose any stats. I did nothing but convert. He got food water light etc
Didn't even tie him down
-
He lost the conservative form of juice when he was converted.
-
So juice ups stats? K, I get it.
Thanks for the input!
-
Yea it was added in to balance agents and CCS types who would otherwise always have much higher stats then was practical. Used to be that if you went out and converted 6 agents and got them to max juice they were pretty much unstoppable. Now high end conservatives have juice that goes away once they are converted to bring their stats down to a reasonable level.

You have torn down their old self, and they are but a smaller version of what they once were. But by rebuilding their passion, now in the correct mindset, you can recreate and some day go beyond the strength of the person they were before!

What he means is : Have him lead a squad, and say the slogan few hundred times.
Ups juice tremendously.

We need a slogan!
We need a slogan!
We need a slogan!

Shouting the slogan cranks juice? Sweet! So I can go pick a few fights with harmless bums at the crack house and bellow 'til my throat bleeds for easy juice.

Spraypaint is your friend as well.

I prefer Hacking. No one has a risk of arrest and gets juice to 50. Recruit a guy with 2 or 3 leadership and you can quickly make an army of hippies.
-
I usually grind my recruits up to 100 juice by picking locks, at which point they start doing miscellaneous tasks or, in the case of my goon squads, start raising hell.
-
Alas, lockpicking, being essentially risk-free, no longer gives juice in the latest build.
-
Also picking locks fires up the CCS. Hacking doesn't do that. Plus extorting websites nets you about 2 grand a day plus.

Does hacking the man bring about corporate sieges too? or just site actions and Liberal Guardian Special Editions? The counts are fun when those hackers get a court hearing in either case!
-
I think that they do trigger corporate sieges but they are so rare its almost not worth mentioning. My current game I've published 1 set of documents a month for a year been hacking for 2 and a half years and only got 1 siege from mercs. Besides if everyone has a gun merc sieges are a joke as it stands. Get everyone a .45 or even a .22 and if you have about 40+ people you can clean them out. Just make sure that your top level people are in back.
-
Most certainly isn't rare for me. I have to duck both corporate and CIA sieges every few weeks or so. Thankfully I am in the process of training every person in the organization to be capable of repelling a raid with no casualties.
