Title: No notification for kidnappings noticed.

I have kidnapped and succesfully turned a janitor but I don't have him as a sleeper, and I didn't choose for him to join LCS as a member. What's with this?

In the current release (but fixed for the next one) most news stories that do not involve murder will not show up.
