Hi I just started playing LCS a few days ago and I really like it so far. But I also have a number of questions that i haven't been able to find the answers too on the wiki and forum.
On Interrogations: I realize beatings make the victim dislike the lead interrogator, but does the sleep dep/ withhold food/ drugs have the same effect?
How do you raise the heart of the victim? I try the recruit option, but at best I only seem to degrade wisdom. Often I can only win them over after getting them to "cling" to the interrogator, which usually takes too long to get a sleeper.
Dating: When you try to kidnap someone on a date is the result a skill/stat check or just random? I want to avoid the "the last thing you see is a fist and you wake up in jail" result as much as possible.
Does the vacation option for dating take the character away for a week? I'm too afraid to experiment cause the person I'm using is usually my founder.
On Raids: When you try to switch safe houses to aviod getting raided, do your hostages come with you without risk of escape? I'm too afraid to experiment, especially since i'm pretty sure so far that escaped hostages trigger an instant raid. Or was that a coincidence?
Do police lose interest over time in your crimes? Like say if you commit a number of newspaper worthy crimes but then do nothing for 6 months, will they stop trying to raid you?
On site raids: If a conservative shoots a moderate by accident before they can flee the battle, is it supposed to juice up your squad? I noticed one time that happened and my squad gained +10 juice that time even though they never killed anyone. And the newspaper blamed LCS for the murder :)
What skills/stats govern issues, seduction, and bluff? I noticed a hippie with no pursuasion had a slightly higher issue score than my leader who had like 3 persuasion at that point.

What I do is:
A
B
No C
D
No E
No F
G
No E
then, wait until he likes your interrogator, and:
A
No B
No C
No D
E
F
G
No E
That usually works in time to get a sleeper. You don't have to use expensive props but it speeds it up. Also try using an elite liberal as an interrogator, it helps.

Question by question
Any negative attention makes the person dislike their captor. Switching captors is a key stratagem.
Sleepers are innately hard to get. Beat them and lower their wisdom to 1 with no food, no sleep, no light, then bring in a high skilled, high heart, high charisma interogater to release them, feed them, and attempt to convert. Make sure both people are skilled but give the second step to the higher heart liberal.
Bring a gun. A .45 guarantees kidnap success as far as I can tell.
Yes the liberal and his/her date go away for a week. Its not as bad as it sounds especially if its the founder and you know a raid is coming.
An escaped hostage is pretty much an instant raid. It might take 2 or 3 days but you will get raided. No, hostages don't move with the rest of your people, so either kill him off or let the safe house get raided and keep your people moving.
If you keep moving between safe houses, eventually the heat goes away. You can also do community service but I think there is a chance of arrest during that.
I think that is a bug. Your getting blamed for conservative crime so maybe not.
Check the wiki.

Issues is heart, charisma, and persuasion. Seduction is charisma and seduction. Bluff in the current version is charisma, wisdom (a lot), and I think persuasion, but it will change to charisma and disguise in the future.

I've never had someone arrested doing community service. It also makes the LCS more popular (assuming the country is liberal enough for the LCS to grow more popular.)

Thanks for all your help everyone.
