Can you actually talk to deity so it answers?

Heh, it'd be awesome if deities responded with random nonsense to characters with brain injuries.

You can talk to Deities... they just won't speak back.

This fact will change in the distant future... though I doubt they will speak to anyone who calls their name.

Dang it... when is the god arc?

I once had a diety who was the god of worship.

People would worship him simply so he could bless them by giving them more time to worship him. A pretty good deal if you ask me.
