This is the smallest of corrections I'll ever give you, Toady ^^
On the embark screen, when you select a large area, it'll say "if you experience lags".

Lags is plural of lag. I see no issue here!

not sure if this is a typing error or something bigger, but in the butchers workshop, adding an "extract from dead animal" task queues a "extract from land animal" task (i am fairly certain i have seen this a few times)
