Title: Broker gets stuck doing other stuff

Whenever a trade caravan comes sometimes my broker/mayor gets stuck doing other stuff such as:

- Attending Parties
- Drinking
- Sleeping
- attending meetings

Often the above tasks follow each other and my broker never meets up with the caravan before it leaves. I feel that the brokering priority needs to be increased above that of other tasks, particularly attending parties - sometimes they get stuck in these parties for ages, and when the party stops they end up sleeping or drinking and it becomes one big cycle of doing useless stuff.

Try having your broker a different dwarf to your mayor - that way your mayor will meet with the representatives of whichever civilisation just turned up, and your broker will go and trade at the depot.

The assignation of roles at game start could perhaps be handled a little differently - at present it seems to plonk all roles onto one dwarf, the expedition leader, even if other dwarfs in the starting party have better skills.  Eg. if a dwarf has Organiser but another dwarf has Appraiser, it won't matter, all the roles will still be given to one dwarf, and you need to tell it to reassign them so your Appraiser appraises and your Organiser organises.  

I like to take an Organiser / Brewer.   :)
