Title: Diablo 3's Beastiary: Dune Thresher looks very similar to The Host

I haven't checked Diablo3's site for a while... today I found the entry of Dune Thresher (http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/world/bestiary/dunethresher.xml)... and it occurs to me that it looks a lot like the monster in the Korean movie, The Host (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mw6xfpZ7xpw&feature=related).

What do you think? The Host is a pretty good movie, so if it's a nod from Blizzard to The Host, that'd be really cool. :)

Well, it's features are pretty close to Gwoemul. I must admit that Koreans like dinosaur-like monsters (godzilla, the host, cloverfield).
Maybe there's a Korean in the D3 development team? :D

Well, I can see some similarities...however that movie wasn't that good at all imo. The creature special effects were awesome, but the movie itself....well it's "ok" maybe. I would rate it for 6/10 on IMDB.

Yup. :D I wonder what happened to the one who got grabbed by the hair though...

Edit: People have uploaded the epic ending (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yLD2u343_I) too... sweet, sweet revenge.

There's a sequel coming out this year too...
