Title: Is it even possible to win in this game?

Maybe I should mention that I was playing it on an NES emulator, but still... maybe I just suck,
but it's like the developers deliberately made it impossible to win this shitty minigame. What a joke! D:<

I recall winning that game all the time. Not every time, but enough to make my time worthwhile.

You can win this, you just have to learn the trick.

Namely that each peice delays.

I used to be able to win that consistantly but I cannot remember the trick.

I've tried every fucking trick there is. It's just fucking random.

As a kid I remember hitting the button rapid fire with specific timing, but I'm not really sure anymore. My wife is an expert, maybe I'll get her to try to describe it.

Each row has a different delay.  It's tricky.  Basically if you overthink it or your reflexes are too good, you'll try to time them all the same, and then you WILL fail every time.  The normal way to win is to find a specific initial state where, through empirical testing, you know that pressing 'A' three times in a row will get you a win.

I've won that minigame many-a-time in the past few months. I haven't played recently enough to describe how to do it, though. <.<
