Title: Item tags, dumping, etc.

I'd like to tag items as trade good. They would then be transported to a trade good stockpile and further left alone by the dwarves. Also, they're displayed first at the trade depot's goods selection for transport screen.

Also a few general options:
- autodump functional items below a certain quality level
- dumped metal items are automatically eligible for melting
- dumped combustible items (wood, cloth, etc.) are automatically usable as fuel. I want to fire the furnaces with substandard quality beds. (And the same for items suitable to make paper out of, when and if paper is available.)
- Auto-tag items as trade good. Though this would best be done at the workshop I reckon
