Title: There's this wonderful new invention called a "bin

I wish traders would use it more often. Specifically, when trading gems. Asking the dwarf traders to bring small cut gems results in them bringing many pages of small gems, none of which they bother carrying in bins, so my computer is massively lagged by pathfinding for all the hauling tasks that need to be done since the trade depot is a bit away from my fortress entrance.

Luckily they often put Leather and Cloth into bins, but it would be nice if they brought the rest in bins as well.
