Title: Help no immigrants

my fortress in 40d hasn't recieved immigrant or dwarf caravan for several years.also no king ,60 dorfs, can still have kids, not in siege , hippies and humies caravans still arrive, for value 2 mill+. plz help

Did you set a population cap in the init file and forget?

Have you lost a lot of dwarfs and now get "Immigrants too scared to arrive."? or something along those lines?

Have the dwarves gone extinct somehow (other than yourself)?

savescummed and check in legends seem that dwarvesare either extinct or ruled by hippies(elves)
