You could have it like this. A lone person wakes up in a fire, and it's all mute at this point: He runs to get out of the burning building, but a beam falls and hits him on his heroic cranium. Knocking him out, and thus rendering him an amnesiac. He wakes up in the grass near the town when the ashes are all scattered about. CUE THE MAIN PLOT

What about some perfectly guy who is chased by the (mafia/whatever) and is to be killed... except that each time he dies, he respawns nearby after some seconds or so. (Meh.)

How about you go with the extradimensional travel, but the two guys start off as loser friends talking about the latest video games. Then they meet the girl, who has magical powers and is being hunted down by the Church as a witch. In an ambush by the Church, the girl teleports herself and the two guys to some unknown location in another universe.

I was thinking more along the lines of serious magic, not Japanese Magical Girl.
The difference being, serious magic doesn't require a silly transformation and lots of panty-shots. Serious magic is like casting greater fireball as opposed to "Magical Power of Love!!!!!!1!!111!!!!!1"

How good are you at art? do you want it to be a gag comic or serous and dark? Should it have an end decided before you begin drawing it or be open-ended? are you planing on doing daily, weekly, monthly, or some other update schedule? Do you want a scifi, fantasy, or modern setting?

I have QUITE a few idea, and I do consider myself quite good at these kinds of things (I know a fair bit abaut both the webcomic medium, art, storytelling, and am good at coming up with story concepts), but answering those questions about what you want, and maybe a few other thought you have to indicate scope and direction, is good to do before anything is decided.

A webcomic is LOTS more work than most people think, and a great responsibility as well, there are few things sadder than a webcomic that died before quite making it oft he ground

I would argue that on the universal 10-point scale of sad things, failed webcomics are about a 2. Genocide, maybe, would be a 10.

As for what Armok said, I think I can put it in a way that makes you feel less angry.

You have to do this yourself. If you go into a project with no idea of what you are doing, it's not going to work out. You can't depend on us for ideas, and if you need to then I'm not sure how you'll do a comic, be it gag a day or arc style. And then you say you'll be doing a comic about a couple of gamers, with stuff. That idea is so creatively drained that I can't even think up a metaphor for how creatively drained it is. Sure, we can help you along, but you need to start and have a very clear idea of where you are going.

So what is stuff, anyway?

It's not that, sorry if I sounded offended.

Basically, a comic is something you have to do yourself. One thing that will guarantee it's demise is relying on others for your ideas. Especially considering you'll start out almost totally unknown and it will take you, by my reckoning, upwards of a year to become popular. Depending on other people for ideas is a death sentence. If you just wanted to start a thread about drawing comics of what people request, well, everyone knows you on this board so that would probably work. A comic though? No chance.

Other than that, you still have not answered the series of uestions I asked, once you do that I can come up with plenty of ideas, but there is no point in setting sail before you have a heading.

Uuumm, I have never stated I were going to start any webcomic, if I did do it I would start out with much sounder policies and attitudes than Org have expressed, and thus be likely to succeed, but doing a webcomic well (and I am not the type to produce just another crappy one) takes many hours every day and at my current level of artistic development I do not quite find it worthwhile.

I want what just recently happened In my 'That Zombie Game.'
In Comic Form.

A zombie going slow motion, grabbing a bullet with it's teeth screaming like a banshee all the while, and spinning like a saw-blade. When it releases the bullet, it explodes into a red mist. The resulting bullet will be dodged matrix-like by the character. It will be awesome. I will give you 50 internets.
