I suppose you could try to write the script to avoid buying dodgy or disgusting items. Then again...

It's certainly possible. As far as I can recall, eBay and Paypal don't offer any APIs for you to directly interact with, but it'd be relatively straightforward and within the realms of do-ability to use other, traditional screen-scraping methods (or even just a complicated AutoHotKey script)
