Freshly stolen and modified idea of Rooster, here the point is to describe the person above you with a few labels, preferably 2-5 labels.
The idea is that you desribe yourself whoever is above you as much as you can using only labels easily recognizable.
If you would describe yourself whoever is above you in real life you would have much to say as to what you like and dislike and many more details. Here describe yourself whoever is above you as long short as you can with shortest words you can find.
