first, anyone know a good IDE for C++? need reccomendations.
also, im scheduled to get my brace on friday. im also having my jaw restructured so that it doesnt slope back so much. the thing is, its a two year plus course of treatment, and my 18th is coming up. anyone know if theres any chance the NHS will spring a sudden bill on me? just seems a bit weird they'd pay for what looks like purely cosmetic surgery... and i (well my parents) cant afford something like that.
thanks in advance

Best IDE for C++ is Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2008. It's free and extremely well put together.
And as for the second part, I have no idea.

...Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2008...
d/led it now, ty
I think the ruling is that people born after a certain year have to pay. I've completed my course of braces, they didn't charge me and I'm 16. So, I guess you're in the clear unless they only give free braces to people under 18. Given that they've already started and haven't told you about any bills, I don't think they could legally charge you even if it was policy.
hrmmm... ah well, i spose ill just ask them to make sure :p
