Seriously, these bloody RP things die quick. My 2, Lukes, and the kingdom hearts one started by Strife, Armoks, the resort, and Strifes Fortress died after some time, Sofia locked the resort one.

Those places are controlled by whoever created them, and the rules to them still apply (Except the art rule for armoks art one)
The moon, Bay 12 city, and The Afterlife, are controlled by no one, go free with it. Though I may allow you to choose someone to rule b Bay 12 city.

Strife enters through the portal. He's wearing a grey greatcoat. He's got a helmet on, his M14 slung, and is carrying some sort of machinegun. It's somewhat cold in the portal room.

Phantom randomly appears and gives strife a PDA
"If you lose it, get one from the table. Among its ordinary functions, it also gets you here if your areas portal gets destroyed, like if those chaos marines come back and destroy your fortress. Now, I gotta go find the Outpost."

"Ummm, so anyone could use one of these to get in my fort? I'm working on securing the worlds that the heart can access right now. So this portal leads to a bunch of other ones?"

"The PDA brings you to a portal room. I also could lend you some Mercs or my troops, I could also give you a few robot models called Romans, just to help you secure some extra areas. And as you can see, there are a bunch of other portals."
He points to one with a quarantine sign
"That use to be the first portal to my island, but the Outpost it led to had some critical problems. It involves a super-soldier program and many of the troops mutating into Eldritch Horrors."
He points to another portal
"That leads to my islands military base."

"I see. Well I'll mark this one down as medium risk and go from there. Only about a dozen paths to look at."
Strife pulls out a clipboard, writes a few notes on it, turns and goes back through the portal to his fortress.

Phantom peeks his head through the portal to Strifes fortress
"Did you repair all the damage from the previous skirmishes?"
"And whats the medium risk area? The Outpost or the Portal Room?"

The portal into the fortress leads to a room, for whatever reason it seems like it's in the deepest parts of the basement. The walls are some sort of metal, which is dark, but with a slightly bluish tinge. There is a sign on the wall along with a large sign, reading:
WELCOME TO STRIFE'S FORTRESS OF SENSICALITY!
You have entered through a non-standard manner (probably through a connection through the hearts of the worlds). Because this prevents me from properly securing your entrance, it has been rigged to send you into this room. If you'd like to the fortress, please ring the bell, otherwise do leave. Do NOT attempt to break out of this room. The portal is perfectly open behind you, and there are all manner of highly destructive weapon systems that may very well fuck up space and time if you try to trash my fort. Thank you, and have a nice Day/Night/Whatever.

There is a red button at the bottom of the sign. Next to the sign are a sect of very heavy looking blast doors.
Strife turns his head from opening the blast doors and looks at Phantom.
"Not quite. I'm working on securing the area first. It's interesting, normally I can't get much done when I'm this strong before I end up in some hellhole getting shot at, but while I get Godhead, I'm going to use it. This particular splinter place connects to about three dozen worlds that I can tell. I've rigged this room to a control station to let me look at them. As far as I can tell, one can travel from one of those 3 dozen worlds and get to my fort without tripping my old security systems. I'm working on categorizing them right now. I rated the frequency that would trip to that portal room as a medium on my scale."

Phantom gets pulled back into the portal
He sticks his arm back out but a tentacle pulls it back in

"Bloody hell!"
Strife slams the blast door shut, pulls the sub to his shoulder and charges through the portal.

Strife comes to a scene of where some Eldritch Horror is trying to strangle Phantom with his tentacles. Another is trying to take off his helmet to infect him. There are GDI Soldier corpses in the room. One is in the process of mutating.

Strife grabs the tentacle on Phantom's helmet and wrenches it off with some difficultly. Holding the tentacle with his left hand, he deftly switches his grip on the machine gun to the the under-barrel shotgun, places the secondary barrel directly on the tentacle and pulls the trigger. 00 slams through the tentacle spraying chunky blood in the area. It starts to thrash around.
Strife attempts to pull the second tentacle away and repeat the process, but can't do it with one hand. He lets go of the sub (which happily is also on a strap) and uses both arms. He manages to get it from around Phantom's throat just in time for another tentacle to wrap around his leg and send him crashing to the ground.
"Fuck!"
Damnit. My face is only protected by this baklava, why didn't I wear a full guard helmet?

2 GDI Troopers run out of the Quarantine portal. One gets dragged back in, screaming. The remaining one, who is known as Manta, accidentally attracted more Horrors
"Jesus Fuck."
Phantom is able to get his Combat Knife out and kicks it to Strife.
Manta is trying to wrestle away from a horrors grip

Strife, unable to get an angle with the gun, starts stabbing wildly.

He's able to run the tables against the horror, and kills it with his fists. He picks up his rifle and kills the other horrors in the room with short controlled bursts.
"Someone help me barricade the Quarantine portal."

Strife removes several devices assumed explosives from his pocket and lobs them through the door.
"You may want to look away."

A speck of nearby substance unlike the hemisphere is drawn to the flat surface, forming it into a sphere. The sphere splits into two perfect hemispheres which each teleport to a random point, to begin the process again.

Strife turns his head. There are several sharp cracks followed by the roar of expanding plasma. Strife charges through the door.

Armok appears in a corner of the portal room, asleep on the floor. beside him is an makshift cardboard sign:

Death comes out of the afterlife portal and looks at armok

Armok is asleep. His avatar is the usual, ordinary-looking black cat.

Death shrugs and goes back to the after life.
A mouse corpse flies into the room from one portal and hits Armoks head.

A massive figure rushed through one of the portals, clad in complete power armor, wielding a daemon hammer in one hand and a bolter in the other. Looking across the portal room, he let out a great roar
"Can I go five minutes without something blowing up!?"

Death walks out again and points towards Strifes Fortress
He seems to be trying to tell you Strife was throwing explosives

Meanwhile, there are bursts of automatic fire from inside the portal.

2 groups of GDI Soldiers consisting of 4 men rush into the Quarantine portal and Strifes portal. Ignoring Death, The Figure, And Armok.

((What's actually IN the quarantine portal? I'm assuming that Strife is randomly firing at tentacle beasts, but I don't want to describe it, lest it's different than it should be. And the GDI chaps should probably be careful if they're entering the Fortress . . .))

(( On the island, there was a GDI Research & Weapons Depot combined into an outpost. About 2 weeks ago something went wrong and an infection broke out. Many of the Allied, GDI, and Civvies were infected and turned into the tentacle horrors and various other thing. For example, one had scythe appendages instead of tentacles.))
The GDI troops in Strifes fortress, who shall be referred to as Fire Team Theta, have set up a defensive line in the room the came in. The ones in the outpost, who shall be referred to as Fire Team Novemberm are currently following Manta and Phantom through the bases armory.

The mouse goes up in a flash of light. Armok does not wake up.

Luke, rather tired of these antics, leans up against a wall next to the sleeping Armok
"Is it just me, or does Phantom seem to attract a lot of trouble?"

A section of wall moves away to reveal a series of monitors, some showing Phantom battling those horrors, some showing Strifes fort, and various other things are shown.

A sudden portal opens in mid air in the portal room and a tall, ashen skinned elf(?) falls through.He lands on his face but jumps and looks around.
"@#!#IT whenever I try to goto Hawaii I always land in the coldest place on one of the worlds.Why can't I just ever get lucky and go through the portal I actully want?
He mutters something about that one time he wanted to go to las vegas and landed in a fire dragon nest.He finally notices Armok sleeping in a cot and armored guy saying something.The portal closes above him.
"Hey do you to know where I am? I got a party in Hawaii to attend by 10 'o' clock."

Death indicates that you are in a portal room
He also indicates if you have seen the guy who stole his scythe recently
And he opens up a portal to to Cuba. He asks you if thats good enough.

A massive fist in a think, pink coloured gauntlet smashes up through the floor of the portal room, soon followed by another and then the rest of the person's body. He is massive and wearing thick, angular, pink coloured armor. No prizes for guessing who he is unless you haven't read Phantom's Island of RPing 2.0 or Risus RPG.
"Hi everybody!"

Phantoms face shows up on a view screen
"Oh jesus fucking hell no."

Strife leaves the charred and bullet riddled remains of the tentacle beasties in the quarantine zone, walks through the portal into the portal room, says
"Hello everyone."
walks back into the portal to his fortress and asks the soldiers staring blankly at the walls,
"Can I help you?"

"Yeah, we went here in case the monsters break out again..."
"Poor florida."
"And Phantom told us about the security systems."
The soldiers helmet spontaneously combusts
"..."
"Jesus."

Phantom walks in with a cracked visor, a charred black suit, and 2 wounded soldiers. He is also covered in blood
"Hey you got an infirmary? And a changing room?"

"Gah. It's not really ready yet. I suppose so."
Strife strides to the blast door and opens it, using a series of quick movements that are nearly impossible to remember.
"Follow me and don't. Touch. Anything. Don't look at anything either."
The party walks through the door. It's a hallway made of the same metal of the room. There are outlines on the walls which look as if a turret would pop out of. About 20 meters down, the metal fades to a warm, rusty brick. At the end of the hallway is a set of elevator doors. Strife hits the call button. A second later, the doors open with an audible chime. It's a large, circular elevator.
"Don't move."
Strife is almost growling. He looks at the brick wall to his left and gives a certain brick a hard smack with his hand. Another door opens in the back of the elevator.
"Move through quickly, don't touch anything."
They go through both sets of floors. It's another, somewhat smaller elevator. It only has one button, which takes them up two floors, opening into another elevator which looks identical to the earlier round elevator which walked through quickly.

Luke looks over to the man in the pink armor that had just crashed through the floor. Luke wasn't particularly phased, as he seen plenty of thing crash through a floor (nothing pink, but there's a first for everything).
"Who the hell are you?"

Ghost comes out of nowhere
"That guy is an Arathinian, some dudes been asking from him.
Wasn't he supposed to be off punching guardian in the face or getting married? I forgot whos the one."

"I'm Dan. Getting married is probably the lieutenant. It could've been almost any of me mates doing the punching, but if it was unprovoked, it was probably Sarge. Anyone got some whiskey?" He pulls off his helmet, revealing a handsome face with black hair, gold coloured eyes, and an infectious smile.

Ghost throws a bottle of whiskey at him
"I heard you hug people to subdue them."

Dan opens the bottle and takes a swig. "Um, no. I hug people because for various reason that are related to "I like them", and when my armor can take the blast from all explosives strapped to the hugee. Hey! Is that a cat?" He walks over to, and picks up, Armok.

"That sir, is the God Of Blood."
"Please sign this in case you get vaporized when you touch him."
Ghost things about a time he was drunk and attacked people with knives strapped to his eyes
"Sorry, went out of there for a moment."

"I've already touched him, plus both my hands are full, so I'm damn well not signing anything!"

"Well I saw a mouse just vaporized when it got flung out of the afterlife onto him."
He looks at the afterlife portal
"I swear I saw a raptor in there."
He calls the rest of the Arathinians on his radio/phone/signalmans pack.

He gets a mysterious lack of response.

Luke rolled his eyes. This was just getting stupid. It didn't help that Phantom was breaking the laws of time, space, and physics again.
"Whatever, I don't really care. If you want to know, there's a concert going on at my place, so you can just come over"
The space marine then left through the portal that he came in.

Ghost shrugged, Phantom wasn't around anyway so he broke into the rooms vodka stockpile.
Death runs out of the afterlife portal hitting a raptor with his scythe.

Dan lets go of his helmet so as to hold Armok better and strokes Him with the back of his hand.

Ocade exits through the portal to Hawaii.Only to find a black orb there.
"Dangit I went to the world of Black Orbs."

Phantom looks around the fortress.
"Hey, at least you probably recovered from the Chaos Marines and Giant Monster thing already. Oh and is there at least somewhere I can change from this damaged and bloodied armor?"
Phantom takes out a bottle of Coca Cola, but then realizes he doesn't like taking off his helmet or balaclava, so he gives it to the fire teams officer.
"Thanks."
He starts chugging it down. Phantom pickpockets his wallet from him.

"Well, I've been doing a lot of remodelling. And optimising of the defensive systems. It's not ready to be reopened yet. We'll just go to infprim."

The a set of doors (interestingly enough, neither the set they entered, nor the apparent set directly across) open and the group files out. It's a suprisingly large hospital room with about twenty beds. There is all manner of machines around. They get the injured troops into beds.
"There's a locker room over there. Feel free to use one of the white lockers for your stuff. If you particularly need anything for the armor, feel free to take anything from the grey locker. If you need bullets or firearms, black locker. Do stay out of the other ones. Especially the dark red and purple one."

Phantom stares at Strife
"Is there anything you wouldn't want us to know about those lockers?"
Phantom quickly gets out of the room, changes into another GDI Combat suit, and gets back.
One soldier dies of poisoning tight after saying
"The infection... Oh god... Its spreading through the ai-"
The fireteam looks around.
One soldier sets the deceased on fire
"Go to hell. Or Heaven. Depending on what you've done. Maybe I should've looted you."

"You really think this place isn't sealed against every type of organism known to sentient life?"
Strife hauls the GDI man onto a bed and checks his vitals. He hooks him up to a blood scrubber in short order, while talking to Phantom.
"And no Phantom, there isn't anything in any of those lockers that I care particularly care if you know about. I've been keeping a full stock of supplies off of every room. However, there are things that'll mess up the STC in purple, and the Crimson one will explode in your face. Obviously, the primary security systems aren't controlled from there. Feel free to browse through the others."
The supply room, which Phantom left open, was another metal room with a blast door. There were ten white lockers that were empty. Additionally, there were eight colored lockers: Black, Grey, Purple, Crimson, Yellow, Orange, and Blue.

The soldier twitches. Phantom takes of his helmet and lays it beside him. He takes the memory chip out of the helmet. And the soldiers dog tags and crucifix necklace.
"Poor loss. But our troops weren't meant to survive. They were meant to kill. He killed others and saved others. All I care is that his folks find out he's passed on."
The squad medic tends to the other wounded. And the dead. Some were sliced up. Others poisoned. Some soldiers had their eyes completely gone white. The medic saw so much death and suffering during his duty. Sometimes you can just tell from his actions.
"Death. Life. Ones permanent and ones temporary. One can't truly live forever. No one can."

Meanwhile, at he Quarantine zone...
Corpses, Wreckage, Blood, Fire, its everywhere. Soldiers engaging creatures who were once human. Its like The Thing plus Dead Space. Some even committed suicide.
Fire Team Kilo is busy holding off horrors along with Fire Team India and Delta.

The men look over a war torn battlefield...
The sun just dawned...
" Sir, Fireteam Zulu, Quebec, Papa, and Romeo were lost in the battle.
3 Companies were wiped out.
1 Division was lost.
Contact was lost with one brigade.
The last thing we heard of them was their screams.
About 25,800 soldiers died.
Not all battles can be won.
Even battles in your own mind.
We estimated a loss of 15,000 enemy contacts."
Phantom turns off his helmet radio
He takes out a journal that he took from one soldier and looks through
This is a losing battle.
My platoon was wiped out save for few of them and some other guys in the other platoon.
Some of us were in an APC.
We were stuck inside for 3 days.
2 of my men committed suicide.
One was KIA when he used the turret.
The others that weren't in our squad...
I don't know.
We heard their screams.
They were screaming so loud we could hear them through the APCs door.
We got out.
We linked up with Fireteam Foxtrot, they took us to the old barracks.
We're trapped.

Phantom drops it in the fire.
He looks at a pair of dog tags

Dan finishes his whiskey, tosses the bottle aside and gently puts Armok down. "Sorry, but I gotta find my squad and my lieutenant."
He picks up and puts on his helmet and goes through the portal to Sofia's hotel.

Goes back to sleeping besides the sign.

Ghost heads back through the the ordinary Island portal.
12 GDI lead by manta head to Phantoms location.
Guardian is having a hangover.
Santorez just mugged a hobo.
Mechanic just invented a new type of battle armor.
And tank.
Fireteams still falling back and holding that hill.
7 dwarves come out of the afterlife portal chased by death.
Death seems to indicate he is tired of getting those guys almost every day.

Four Hours later...
Guardian comes into the room with Ghost, Fletcher, And Santorez.
The last 3 mentioned are bleeding and have hand cuffs on.
"What the fuck?!"
The three are able to make it near Phantom
"Oh goddamn it, I was hoping to take power non lethally..."
Guardian unloads a clip into the group.
Santorez is able to take cover, Fletcher is hit in the thigh, however Phantom and Ghost were not so lucky...
"CHRIST!"
"I can't see!"
"What the fuck happened!?"
"Goodbye, hopefully this Phase device works and you guys die of blood loss."
Guardian disappears.
Ghost is slumped over Phantom, who has taken a hit to the Jugular, and is quickly losing time left to get medical attention to Phantom. It is only a matter of minutes before he dies.
3 Troopers are gunned down.
Ghost isn't moving, he doesn't have a pulse either.
The medic checks him.
"He's dead..."
Phantom is saddened by the loss, and angered.
"God. That asshole. He killed him..."
Its been 2 minutes since the ordeal. The medic estimates about 6 minutes before Phantom dies. Thank god for extraordinary health.
((Yes. I killed someone off. That was one of the first characters I made. And he probably isn't coming back))

Archangel, sensing the problem, leaps from Sofia's roof, unfolds his wings and flies for the nearest portal. He dives through and lands on top of Phantom.
"I can heal this, I just need to get the bullet out. Give me a med kit!"
((Archangel is wearing a pair of blue jeans, grey socks and black trainers. He has a long grey sword that is completely unadorned and only noticeable because it is ancient and extremely sharp. That's all he's got right now))

"I'm all out. There goes 3 minutes."
Manta can be heard screaming in the portal room, due to being shot in the shins.

"Oh fuck! You GDI bastards are useless!"
Archangel sticks his fingers in the wound, probes around a little and extracts the bullet. He then places a hand on the wound and starts healing. The wound soon closes.

Phantom stopped moving before the procedure was complete.
In fact, he stopped doing anything.
"Ah crap he's flat lining."

"Quick, get the defibrillator!"

Archangel provides a massive jolt of magic that should restart Phantom's heart.

No dice, but it did get his heart working for about 5 seconds.

"Well fuck this."
Archangel stands up and walks through the portal to the afterlife so he can grab Phantom as soon as he appears there.

Death kicks him out. He indicates you can't pull people out of the afterlife, if you tired you'd go right through them.
Phantom wakes up, a little paralyzed but fine. He quickly regains back control of his body and sits down on a bed next to Ghosts corpse.

"Well, this Death is a jerk, unlike the one in my universe. You're on your own. Now I gotta go find Dan, so goodbye."
Archangel goes through the portal he came out of.
