Title: Strange Box Behavior
Post by: Arcanum on August 20, 2006, 08:58:00 pm
If I have a box with a bunch of rough gems in it and I have it moved to the trade depot, the box moves but all the gems stay there on the ground.  It doesn't happen with other goods in boxes, nor did it happen when I tried the same thing a few days ago (Wednesday, I think).

That is very odd.  And it wasn't other gems that happened to have been in that square on the pile I guess, since you checked the box once it made it to the depot.  I'm not sure why it emptied.

Yeah, the box starts in storage with gems.  I request for it to be transferred to the depot.  What arrives at the depot is an empty box (no longer labeled as a "Gem Bin", and all the gems are on the floor in storage.  What's worse is that after doing that, I can't have the gems transferred to the depot individually.

You can't trade away rough gems. No problem with cut ones.

I'm pretty sure I was able to trade them last week.  It seems pretty strange that you wouldn't be able to trade them.
