So, time for the rules
Getting Started:
Each player gets a role at random (though sometimes Sheriff may be claimed)
These roles are: (Note: All Roles are hidden, except the Sheriff)
Sheriff - Wins if the Outlaws and Renegades are killed. Game ends if they die. The Sheriff always goes first, and gets an extra life point for being badass. All other players know who the Sheriff is.
Vice - Wins if the Sheriff wins. Half win if they die but Sheriff wins. Double lose if you kill the Sheriff, you team killing bastard.
Outlaw - Wins if the Sheriff dies while outlaws are still alive. Half win if they die, but another outlaw still wins. All outlaws have a bounty on their head - If any player kills one, they immediately draw three cards.
Renegade - Renegade wins if they are the only player left when the game ends. Half-win if they are still alive when the game ends.
Each player will also choose a character, which is known to the other players. You will randomly be assigned three options, and you must choose one. Each character has a life total of 3 or 4, and a special ability.
The Cards:There will be two type of cards:
BrownBrown cards are played directly from your hand during your turn. The first exception is misses - misses are only played in response to cards with the Bang! effect. The second exception is Beers. Beers may be played normally, but if you are about to die, you may use a Beer to immediately set your life total to one. This is known as an emergency Beer.
You may play as many cards as you wish, with the following limitations. You may only play 1 Bang! card per turn, though you may additional cards with the Bang! effect (such as Punch or Gatling Gun). You may not drink any Beer if there are only two players left (including emergency Beers), though whiskey and tequila are still alright.
If you play a General Store (also known as Emporio), a certain number of cards are revealed. Each player may choose one card from each Emporio pile before they take their turn.
BlueBlue cards are permanent, at least until they are destroyed. You may play as many as you wish with the following exceptions.
You may not possess more than one card of the same name. If you play a duplicate, the initial card is discarded and replaced.
You may only ever have 1 gun. When you play a new gun, the previous gun is discarded.
You can't jail the Sheriff (succesfully, anyways). He has the keys.
Range and distance:Each player will be assigned a position on a circle. The number of players between your turn and your desired target is their distance. Some weapons you can play, and some brown cards, have a range. The range must at least be equal to the distance for you to target that player.
Players immediately to your right and left are at distance 1. Players to the opposite side of them are distance 2, and in a six player game the player sitting opposite you is distance 3. These values may change over the course of the game because of various cards, and killing players reduces the distance of other players.
Playing the game:-Each player starts with a hand size equal to their life.
-The Sheriff takes the first turn.
-At the beginning of each turn, you will get two cards.
-During your turn, you play as many cards as you wish. Bangs and other damage dealing cards are not resolved until just before the turn of the player they target - players may play a response card or ability any time before their turn to counter the effect. Other cards take effect immediately.
-If you have a card draw effect, end your turn with a a red waiting... and I'll try to get you your cards as quickly as possible.
-At the end of your turn, you must discard until your hand size is equal to or less than your current You will know it is time to take your turn, because I will PM you with a message resolving any start of turn effects (like dynamite and jail). When you are finished, say Turn Done
Format for turnsWhen you take you actual turn, rather than accusing and conversing, it should follow this basic format. Note that playing response cards and abilities should occur in a post before your turn, and in
bold so I notice it.
On my turn I would post (most of this should probably just be copy pasted from your last post
since it will generally only change gradually):

Then I just state my actions and targets. Describe the cards effect if people don't know it yet.
I'm playing a Bang! on NextPlayer, and then playing a Gatling Gun (count as a bang against every other player). After that, I'm playing an Emporio! (a card is revealed for each living player, then we each take a turn taking a card of our choice from the pile, starting with me)

At this point, they'll end the post and wait for me to reveal cards. After I do...
