Title: Dwarf Lemmings bug

When a dwarf falls into the lava, the others shouldn't try to take his stuff.

Ideally this would apply to dwarves killed by elephant stampedes too, but I'm not picky.

hrm, why didn't the corpses burn up I wonder...

but yeah, that needs to be fixed.  I wonder why they think they can path over lava flows.

They know they can't path over lava flows. They're not stupid!

They just happen to think they can dance over an aqueduct completely unharmed.

There's another thread concerning the same behaviour with water-filled aqueducts, so this does look like an AqD thing and not a lava thing.
