Title: Anyone liberalize the country in under 4 years?

Currently my record is 4 years 2 months... 2 games ended then. I guess it has to do with the dates of elections and propositions? Anyhow, was wondering what the fastest time possible is.

non-nightmare... once with option A checked, once with no options checked.

I just liberalized the country in November 2012... that's the fastest possible in this version. Cause that's the Presidential Election date.
