Title: All CCS
Post by: The Scout on March 10, 2010, 02:58:13 pm
The state of my game has degraded to the point everyone is C and all laws are C+ except a random senator who is M. My massive killing sprees with my founder who is basicly near 20 in most things hasn't caused anything to change. Does the game end when all the people and laws go to C+?

The game ends when the Constitution is repealed, which should only happen if you aren't active much at all. I've made it pretty tolerant of letting you partially fail and try again without having to restart the game. Try checking the polls; if you're making successful attacks, you should be affecting a couple of issues, even just a little.

If the newspaper is reporting that 'The LCS went on a rampage' as opposed to 'The LCS struck again' then you may be killing too many people, which would be bad for the issues.

Actually, you can kill as many conservatives as you like and it will not trigger the rampage.

Just DO NOT commit any crime in front of a Liberal or Moderate, as that triggers rampages.

As long as you stay active over a wide range of issues (attack multiple sites), you will eventually see the laws and government change towards liberalism.  But if you constantly attack one specific site, you might not have enough broad support to change the government.

Some crimes can be committed in front of liberals, I think they don't get mad over graffiti (moderates and conservatives do). You can also bust sweatshop equipment with sweatshop workers watching, and also factory equipment with child workers I think. Also, you can shoot/otherwise kill conservatives in front of liberals without triggering rampages, but if you accidentally hit a moderate or liberal, it's a rampage (I think there's a special case where there's only one moderate/liberal and he dies from the hit right away, and no one is alienated).

Basically, if a moderate or a liberal is angered, it's a rampage. For conservatives, do what you want. If you're using an older version, upgrade to the newest one right away - a recent but not the newest version had a system that limited violence against conservatives too.
