Title: Battle colors

I took a dive at the code that determines the AM/Cable success and it has an interesting note about the squad flying Liberal Battle Colors. I've beaten the game many times over, and haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. What does it mean?

EDIT: Never mind, I was looking at the old revision and it's been commented out.
