Thanks to that link, I just watched this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz0PaPpmGa8&feature=player_embedded).  Being a "newer" meme I can be forgiven for not knowing it, since there's so damn many of them now.  All animitude aside, the dedication, detail, and technical mastery qualify it as a work of art not unlike sculpture or architecture.

There are ads at the bottom & on the right for most pages.

Really, the whole prospect of a meme database seems kind of strange to me. I'm no memeologist (memeitician?) but there's something disconcerting about a website dedicated toward explaining what are effectively little more than in-jokes.
