Getting lucky with throwing isn't that hard. Just pick up something with a relatively high weight (more than two) and get your throwing up to legendary. If you hit them in the head it'll either come off completely or crush the skull and destroy the brain.

Yup, you can "pinch"/rip off ears, nose, each and every tooth one by one. You can even pinch of their heads, though there are some conditions (if target's unconscious, how strong/big you are, etc.).

The results that come out of that thing are far more random and bizarre than any other part of the combat system currently - even more so than the laser whips.
