Title: StoneCity Minecraft Server (Run by Electronics and Lordnincompoop)

Stone City, run by Electronics, lordnincompoop. Website maitained by alfie275
The Goals: To build the city and hilarity. That's pretty much it.


I thought I ought to make an actual thread for our server where I can post updates about the server and stuff while we get the website up and running. Also please ask any questions you want to ask.

SERVER UPDATES(Run by electronics): I will be taking the server down over the next few days (to Friday night hopefully) to install the updates AND fix the maps to make the server not lag as much. SHOULD come up saturday, there is a problem atm with the server randomly stopping every 5 seconds so I need to look into that...

UPDATE: Modding maps atm (and testing, join on IRC #Stonecity on irc.freenode.net for details, possibly).

so why not put in the OP some details, like:

what is stone city?
what is different here than other servers?
what are the goals, intended play style, etc?

That's true. The Stone City's in my signature BTW. It was on PTTG's before.

Goal is to build the city and hilarity. That's pretty much it.

Well only cause I fear annoying Jay on his server if I stay their, lets build stuff.

Only way you can piss us off is if you have a predilecion for griefing.

We're having server troubles. We'll probably be up at around Christmas.
