Title: 33d/e Bridge Upside Down Sky View

The '...' where the bridge is (bottom image) is below the bridge.
The top image just shows sky and that is above the bridge.

This is Bug 413 -- the see-through code doesn't see buildings, except for inside/outside designations (which changes the picture below).
